    Goods once sold are final, and CityDealers will not facilitate or intervene in return or refund requests. Buyers are encouraged to communicate directly with the seller for any concerns regarding their purchase.
  3. Negotiation and Settlement
    Any negotiation or settlement for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be handled solely between the buyer and the seller. CityDealers does not guarantee any particular outcome or resolution of disputes.
  4. Seller-Specific Return Policies
    Sellers on CityDealers may have their own return or refund policies. Buyers should review the specific terms of each seller before completing a purchase.
  5. Contacting the Seller
    Buyers are advised to contact the seller directly through the communication methods provided at the time of purchase to discuss any issues related to the product.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    In the case of a dispute between the buyer and the seller regarding a return or refund, CityDealers does not mediate or resolve such disputes. We recommend documenting all communications and, if necessary, seeking third-party dispute resolution services.
